Abstract Background Integrated pest management is one of the ways to solve problems increased outbreaks pests induced by effects climate change. Therefore, present investigation was carried out study integrated effect entomopathogenic fungus, Metarhizium anisopliae and gamma radiation control 5th instar larvae black cut worm, Agrotis ipsilon (Hufnagel) (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae), under laboratory condition. The leaf dipping technique used test pathogenicity different concentrations fungus against normal F1 (resulted from irradiated male parent pupae with 100 Gy) larvae. As well as, changes in haemocytes were studied using LC 50 M. both treatment (unirradiated larvae). Results results showed that larval mortality percentage virulent time dependent.
